Summer of Sony
Sony Pictures held their annual press event, The Summer of Sony, in Cancun, Mexico to promote their upcoming slate of summer movies. I was booked by JSAV, who were running the event, to fly over to DoP a large green screen stage and to provide camera crew to support the junket rooms and international broadcast press packages.
Shooting on two Sony F55s in both RAW & XAVC we delivered content to a wide range of broadcasters such as Nickleodeon, MTV & BBC.
The content ranged from standard interviews and PTCs to full drama skits for a great show called "The Orange Carpet' for Nickleodeon.
One example of this is below with Jack Black and presenter Breanna Yde.
We had a great time and were supported by a fantastic local crew from EFD equipment rentals out of Mexico City.
